Real Madrid set swap terms for Gareth Bale and David de Gea

It is happening! It is actually happening! The rapacious, record-smashing deal that we have been blabbering about for weeks is actually happening!

According to the latest media reports, the Spanish giants, Real Madrid has given green signal to Gareth Bale’s transfer move, but only if United in return, give them their ace, David De Gea. Red Devils however seem reluctant to give their star shot-stopper, who is in absolutely dazzling form this season. He has stopped the unstoppables, saved the unsaveables and has played a crucial role in taking United to the upper ranks in the Premier League table. He is being considered as the best goalkeeper of the season. If Manchester United lose him, their already frail and feeble defence would grow more weak.

Manchester United, on the other hand, have been craving for the Welshman to join their ranks for almost an eternity. If Gareth Bale joins Rooney, Falcao, Van Persie and his former teammate, Angel di Maria, Man Utd would become one of the most ferocious attacking sides in the world. It would be a really tough decision for Louis Van Gaal to decide whether to keep David De Gea or bring Gareth Bale.

On the other side, Real Madrid needs David De Gea to replace Iker Casillas in the net. And they have the young and vibrant Isco to replace Gareth Bale, if need be. So, it can be a perfect deal for Carlos Ancelloti.

But, now we can only make speculations and rumors. We will have to wait till the transfer season to see if the hottest, jaw-dropping transfer rumor of this season actually happens or not.
